These Terms apply to everyone who visits the website or buys from us, including retail customers, pharmacies, hospitals and distributors. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Orders for minors must be placed by a parent or legal guardian. Business customers confirm that they hold the licences required for the products they buy.

• We try to describe every product accurately. Pack images are for illustration and the actual packaging may vary slightly.
• Product information on this website is for general awareness and is not a substitute for medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

Prescription (Rx) medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, as required by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and its rules.

• The prescription must be genuine, legible, current and match the patient and the medicine ordered.
• We may verify a prescription with the prescribing doctor and may refuse any order that cannot be verified.
• Submitting a forged or altered prescription is a criminal offence and will be reported.

1. Add products to your cart and tap Place Order on WhatsApp, or contact us by phone or email.
2. Our team confirms availability, prescription (if needed), delivery charges and payment details with you.
3. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it. A message from you on its own is an offer to buy, not a completed sale.

We may decline or cancel an order – for example, if a product is out of stock, a prescription cannot be verified, the price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect misuse or fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices never exceed the MRP printed on the pack.
• Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you before the order is finalised.
• We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard and RuPay cards. Cash on delivery depends on your location and order value.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed for your order will not change after confirmation.

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once delivered, except where a product arrives damaged, incorrect or expired. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for how to raise a request.

Orders from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and distributors may be subject to separate pricing, payment terms and minimum quantities, agreed in writing. Business buyers must hold a valid drug licence and GST registration, and must store and sell our products in line with applicable law.

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose or to buy medicines for resale without the required licence;
• attempt to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the website or its security;
• provide false information or impersonate any person;
• copy or misuse our content, images or brand.

The MMatrics Pharmaceuticals name, logo, website design, text, images and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal use only.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or our products, including results of using a product against medical advice or not as directed on the label. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to compensate MMatrics Pharmaceuticals for any loss or claim caused by your breach of these Terms, misuse of our products or website, or submission of false information or prescriptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue amicably. Any dispute that cannot be settled will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
